ITS has historically offered online IT security awareness training, by request, to faculty and staff. We have observed that this approach has tended to limit consumption, and this was a key consideration when we evaluated alternatives. KnowBe4, our chosen successor product, offers a video library covering an extensive range of IT security topics.
