The UConn Network Security group has detected a problem with your computer that needs to be resolved.
Follow these three steps:
  1. Disconnect the network cable from the back of your computer so that we can be certain you are not connected to the UConn network in any way. Staying connected to the network means that you may be harming other computers on the UConn network. Leave your computer powered on with this web page showing - you will need information on this page for support.
  2. If your department has technical support staff, please contact them. If your department does not have technical support staff, please call the UITS Help Desk. The number for the UITS Help Desk is 860-486-HELP (4357) and press option three to speak with a Help Desk representative.
  3. When you reach technical support describe the page you are seeing to them and reference the IP Address listed below - there may already be a trouble ticket open for you.
