Information for Presenters
General Overview
The Lunch and Learn lectures will take place in the ballroom of the Student Union. The meeting facilities include seating for ~100 people in 1/2 of the ballroom space. We currently have A/V staff available 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. The sessions will be recorded and their staff will provide the following equipment depending on your presentation needs:
- projectors
- computers
- document cameras
- monitors with VCR and DVD capability
- lecterns
- microphones
- screens
- wireless internet access
Presentation Requirements
- Please submit your presentation to Jason Pufahl 1 week prior to the lecture
- We request that you use this Powerpoint presentation template for your slides
- Please limit lecture to 45 minutes, to allow time for questions
