Information Security Office - About Us

Our Mission

The mission of the Information Security Office (ISO) is to design, implement and maintain an information security program that protects the University's systems, services and data against unauthorized use, disclosure, modification, damage and loss. The ISO is committed to engaging the University community to establish an appropriate information security governance structure that enables collaboration and support for new information security initiatives.

Information for Presenters

General Overview

The Lunch and Learn lectures will take place in the ballroom of the Student Union.  The meeting facilities include seating for ~100 people in 1/2 of the ballroom space.  We currently have A/V staff available 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.  The sessions will be recorded and their staff will provide the following equipment depending on your presentation needs:

  • projectors
  • computers
  • document cameras
  • monitors with VCR and DVD capability
  • lecterns
  • microphones
  • screens
  • wireless internet access

Presentation Requirements

  • Please submit your presentation to Jason Pufahl 1 week prior to the lecture
  • We request that you use this Powerpoint presentation template for your slides
  • Please limit lecture to 45 minutes, to allow time for questions
